It is
the extremely pure sintered aluminum oxide ceramic tube with
an exceptional degree of translucency. The design of PCA
shape is the first step to be considered in the production.
It is not only to ensure that molding easily but also to
meet the requirements of arc tube packaging and lifetime.
Based on the study of the theory of the latest technology,
we got a certain understanding about the complex process of
plasma discharge when CMH working, then simulated modeling
experiment through computer, balanced the relationship
between forming and lifetime. We calculated and designed PCA
diameter, electrode tube length, R radian and thickness, and
fully considered discharge inside volume, internal surface
area and wall load, finalized the dimensions of our PCA.
Good design will be enable the lamp to keep many advantages
such as excellent color rendering, high color stability and
light color consistency, high light efficiency and long
life. |

Our
electric arc tube are made from our own PCA tube with high
quality electrodes by special equipments. The PCA is
independently developed and produced by our company. The
electrodes, pills and porcelain rings are at purification
treatment in vacuum before packaging.The arc tube is
controlled within ±5 volts. The color temperature is
controlled within ±200K. Our arc tube is with many
advantages such as high stability of tube voltage, low
luminous decay and long life. We can supply the following
types and other special types according to the requirement. |

It is the extremely pure
sintered aluminum oxide ceramic tube with an
exceptional degree of translucency. This discharge
tube is made of high temperature alumina (α-Al2O3). They are used in
making translucent ceramic electric arc tubes for high
pressure sodium lamps (HPS lamp) which are in high demand as
an energy efficient light source mostly used for
street lighting as well as industrial use. |

Electric arc tube

Our electric arc
tube are made from our PCA tube of type FTW, FTT and ZTT
with high quality electrodes of columbium tube or columbium
wire by special equipments. They are the main components in
HPS lamp.
The
arc tube has a high pressure inside for higher efficiency.
Sodium, mercury and xenon are usually used inside the arc
tube. The arc tube is made of aluminum oxide ceramic which
is resistant to the corrosive effects of alkalis like
sodium. We can supply European
standard and American standard and the other special types
according to the requirement.
